2022-2023 WINTER CLINICS FOR BASEBALL
WBSA Baseball Clinics are designed to work on skills and prepare the players for the spring baseball season. Winter is the perfect time for baseball players to work on conditioning as well as improving their throwing and hitting mechanics. To work on these skills the WBSA will offer weekly winter clinics for boys in grades 7-12.
Baseball clinics are sponsored by WBSA and run by Vin Carlucci and All-America Baseball Training and Development coaches.
7th - 8th Grade
Pre-Winter Workout from November to December concentrating on strength, agility and conditioning with skills practice.
Winter Workouts from January to March concentrating mainly on skills practice with strength, agility and conditioning added.

Winter Workouts:
Combined 7th - 8th Grade Winter Workouts
Pre-Winter Workout from November to December concentrating on strength, agility and conditioning with skills practice.
Winter Workouts from January to March concentrating mainly on skills practice with strength, agility and conditioning added.
Based on team registration, the 7th and 8th grade Winter Workouts will be set up so that each spring team will have a set date to meet. If not enough players from each team spring registers, the teams will be combined and practice together at the Winter Workouts.
